Inside the app, you'll complete a short, smart intake form so we can tailor your workouts to your body, your schedule, and your equipment — even if that's just dumbbells and a yoga mat

Your trainer builds your first week of workouts and uploads everything — including notes, demo videos, instructions, and what to expect. You'll get a message when it's ready.

Your coach stays in touch daily/weekly, checking in, tweaking your plan, answering questions, and keeping you accountable. You're never left wondering what to do next.
